Our product team uses a Salesforce community tool to post product documentation and knowledge-based articles for years. This solution requires development work from the product managers.

Problem

The current support sire has a bad UX experience. Images are missing, the navigation has inconsistent behavior, and the site upkeep requires too much development work from the product managers.

Main Goal

Create a WordPress website that provides consistent behavior and has a lower learning curve for managing content. As a result, product managers will focus more on KB articles and less on coding.
